Tell us a bit about your career? What brought you to Western Shelter?
Before I took the opportunity to work with Western Shelter Mobility nearly 10 years ago, I worked in the luxury RV motor coach manufacturing facility for 7 years where I held multiple positions. After the market hit an all-time high followed by a sharp decline, I helped reconsolidate the plants to build more economic coaches to meet the new market’s demands. It was this time that I realized I enjoyed the challenges of maximizing efficiency in manufacturing.
What is your favorite part of working for Western Shelter?
Supporting the Mission - I get great satisfaction when working up solutions to complicated missions. Often when clients come to me, they don’t have a clear path to a solution. By taking all of the parameters of the mission into account, we can always find a solution.
