The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and directing engineering team to meet company objectives for design, new product development and improvement of existing product lines. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Marketing and Sales departments to create compelling marketing and design collateral that enhances the Western Shelter and CrewBoss brands, supports company strategy and influences the bottom line.
The Northeast Region Sales Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals within the assigned region by creating opportunities with existing customers as well as prospecting and securing new customer accounts. Expected to provide exceptional product knowledge and service ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of the business. This position reports to the Director of Sales – Shelter.
The Material Control Manager is responsible for strategically managing suppliers, ongoing procurement, the warehousing, and logistics activities that support the organizations delivery and costing goals for both Western Shelter Systems and CrewBoss business lines. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
The Accounts Receivable Clerk and HR Assistant supports and directly contributes to the accounting and finance activities for Western Shelter Systems and CrewBoss business lines. The position is accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all required means, and updating customer files. The role will be also be responsible for supporting payroll activities, benefits administration, and related HR reporting.
The Accounts Payable Clerk and Receptionist supports and directly contributes to the accounting and finance activities for Western Shelter Systems and CrewBoss business lines. He/She will work to support the ongoing operational needs of the accounting department and front office along with being the primary initial point of public contact.
The Sewing Machine Operator assembles a variety of parts and products using sewing equipment/machines. They measure, align and sew parts and assemblies to predetermined specifications and drawings. The Sewing Machine Operator is responsible for properly constructing each item assigned in a timely manner.
The Mechanical Project Engineer applies engineering fundamentals to practical problem solving involving the design, fabrication, and manufacture of shelter systems and integrated components with a focus on existing product development, customer needs, and cost reduction activities.
The Operations manager is responsible for the quality manufacture and shipping of all manufactured and subcontracted products. He/she will be responsible for all manufacturing operations activities to meet production demands, support R&D and new product introductions, and work closely with the supply chain team to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals for its products.
